Terms & Conditions
Deposits taken are non-refundable and must be taken to confirm a party booking via card payment. The remaining balance is due to be paid in full 7 days before the celebration by card payment. If your booking has no deposit but a full amount, this is also non refundable. We accept all major credit cards.
Once the deposit or booking balance has been taken it is non-refundable.
Should you cancel the booking it is possible to change the date of your booking as not to disappoint your little fairy.
For Magic Family Visits where payment is made in full we will reschedule your visit should you become unwell. If The Fairy House must cancel your visit then a full refund would be given.
If you cancel your booking due to illness or quarantine or other reasons then we will offer a new date for your party to go ahead on. If The Fairy House is instructed to close or must cancel your booking then a full refund will be issued or a voucher to rebook when it is possible to do so. It's the clients responsibility to make a booking within government guidelines of who to attend with.
Our Elf & Safety must be read and understood before booking and will update in response to any changes in advice from, in which case we will inform you of these changes.

MAGIC 6 Fairy House Birthday Parties.
The Magic 6 must strictly comply the with Governments law of the rule of 6. The 6 people is inclusive of adults, the birthday child and all other children including babies and siblings staying inside The Fairy House. The only exemption from the 6 are the Fairy House fairies.
All Birthday must have a minimum of 1 supervising parent/carer to stay with the group. They are counted in the Magic 6.
Everyone staying at The Fairy House will be asked to sanitise their hands upon arrival.
The fairies will host the magical fun and activities at a safe distance from the group and have fairy masks for when serving food and drink at close contact.
Adults & children over 11 please bring a face mask. They are not needed when eating or drinking when seated in the tea room but for safety we ask for them to be worn by adults and children over 11 whilst exploring the rest of the house.
As space is reduced for safety, please do not bring a pushchairs or prams.
Our equipment, props, food, drink, birthday cakes and items given out are all monitored and sanitised where applicable. Please do not bring any external food, drink, birthday cake, candles, decorations or party bags from home as we will not be able to use them in the interest of safety.
The Fairy House is constantly monitoring Government guidelines and updates and should anything change before the party date, we will contact the family of the Birthday Fairy to let everyone know of any changes.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE EVENT IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR ARE FEELING UNWELL.
Children remain the sole responsibility of the client. At least 1 adult must be present at all times during the celebration or event to supervise.
The maximum number of people which can attend is stated when booking. This is our capacity for health and safety and must be strictly complied with. Fairytale Friends reserve the right to deny attendance to guests should the maximum headcount be more than what was stated when booking.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian. Parents wishing to drop off children at The Fairy House must make arrangements with another adult who will be staying at The Fairy House.
It is the clients responsibility to inform us via email beforehand if any of the children attending have allergies to either food or cosmetics.
No party poppers, sparklers or external candles may be brought inside or used inside The Fairy House, we provide a number candles for the birthday child and will operate a safe way of them blowing out the candle and making their special birthday wish.
Atmospheric lighting, which may sometimes be of a flashing nature, is used during our celebrations and events. It is the clients responsibility to inform us via email beforehand if any of the children attending are sensitive to light.
The maximum number of children who can attend is specified at the time of booking. We have strict capacity and fire regulations and for the health and safety of our guests the maximum number may not be increased. All children attending should be included in the final headcount.
It is not suitable for siblings to brought along unless they are counted as guests as this may take us over our capacity limit. It can also be hazardous for the fairies when performing and distractive for the other children if non-participating children are crawling or running about.
Food and allergies
No external food including Birthday Cake may be brought onto or consumed the premises. We have a carefully planned structure within our story and how the fairies prepare everything they present for you with magic!
It is the clients responsibility to inform Fairytale Friends about any of the guests dietary needs or allergies and to provide us with a contact email for them in order for us to speak directly to them. We must be made aware of any dietary requirements or allergies no less than 7 days before the day of the event. We can not accommodate dietary requirements or allergies at short notice.
We are able to provide food made from non-gluten and dairy containing ingredients although please be aware that we do not have an allergen free kitchen and food id prepared and stored in an area where gluten and dairy products are present as well as nuts. We can not guarantee against cross contamination.
Please speak to Fairytale Friends directly with any concerns about allergies.
Fairytale Friends and The Fairy House is not liable for allergic reactions.
Accessibility and facilities.
The Fairy House shop entrance is on street level from Webbs Road. The rest of The Fairy House including the rooms we use for the Birthday Celebrations and Events are only accessible by a short flight of stairs.
There is a single toilet facility at the back of the property with a baby changing table for the use of our guests. Please note, due to the nature of the building there is no disabled bathroom facility.
If you have any additional special requirements for the celebration or event please let us know at the time of booking as they may not be able to be accommodated without notice.
