Terms and Conditions for The Fairy House
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before making a booking with The Fairy House:
Terms and Conditions for The Fairy House at 50 Webbs Road, London, SW11 6SF:
By proceeding with the booking, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by The Fairy House.
Booking Grace Period
Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their booking within 5 days of making the reservation, unless the booking date is within 4 weeks from the date of booking.
Private Fairy Training family and friends Experience bookings for up to 6 children (weekends). Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Charge:
- A cancellation charge of £65 will be applied if the cancellation is made over 4 weeks before the booking date and no new date for the booking is chosen.
- Customers can change the booking date once without charge if the request is made over 4 weeks before the original event date.
- If the cancellation is made under 4 weeks before the booking and no new date is chosen, no refund will be provided.
Date Change (Over 4 Weeks until booked event date)
- Customers can change the booking date once without charge if the request is made over 4 weeks before the original event date.
- If you require a new invitation parcel a charge will apply.
Date Change (Under 4 Weeks until booked event date)
- If the customer wishes to change the booking date under 4 weeks before the original booked date, a charge of £149 will apply. The remaining balance will issued in a voucher to use on the new event date selected.
Private Fairy Training family experience for 1-2/3/4/5/6 children & adults bookings (weekdays) Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation charge (Over 2 Weeks until booked event date)
- A cancellation fee of £30 will be charged if the cancellation is made over 2 weeks before the booking date to cover the invitation parcel fee.
- If the cancellation is made under 2 weeks before the booking, no refund will be provided.
Customers may transfer their Fairy Visit booking to a friend at no extra charge.
Date Change (Over 2 Weeks until booked event date)
- Customers can change the booking date once without charge if the request is made over 2 weeks before the original event date.
- Date Change (Under 2 Weeks until booked event date)
- If the customer wishes to change the booking date under 2 weeks before the original event date booked, a charge of £149 will apply. Any remaining balance paid will be transferred to the new date.
Transfer of Experience Bookings
- Customers may transfer their experience booking to a friend at no extra charge.
Change of Date Limitation
Any date changes of date to the booking must fall within the same calendar year.
2. Payment:
2.1. All bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking through our event platform via card payment.
3. Group Size:
3.1. Group sixes must not exceed 6 children in total for any Fairy Training experience .
3.2. All children attending the Fairy House age 1yr+ are counted in the 6 children.
3.3. An adult per child can accompany. We can accommodate a maximum number of 7 adults with a full group of 6 children.
4.4 Under 1yr olds are permitted to attend with another paying adult & child but must be under full parental supervision and not crawling or running around for safety reasons. The Fairy House has vintage wooden furniture and lots of things within grabbing reach..
4. Supervision:
4.1. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the duration of the experience. Children must be under the constant supervision of their parent/guardian or another adult attending.
5. Allergies and Health Concerns:
5.1. Fairytale Friends holds no responsibility for allergic reactions resulting from the use of our props and equipment, nor for any illness that may occur during the visit.
5.2. The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted within The Fairy House, with the exception of baby food and takeaway coffees/teas for adults.
5.4. Many ingredients are handled during our activities for potion making. Please inform us of any allergies before attending on the guest submission form the group organiser who books will be sent.
6. Lighting and Sensory Considerations:
6.1 Atmospheric lighting and immersive sound is used during our experiences and includes flashing lights (not strobe).
7. Accessibility:
7.1. The Fairy House is divided into rooms accessible via stairs and is not wheelchair or pushchair accessible. Only our ground floor Room/Shop is accessible, but it has a small raised doorstep. Please contact us first regarding any accessibility queries.
8. Waiting Area:
8.1. The Fairy House does not provide a waiting area. Only individuals with booked places are permitted to attend the experience.
