By making a booking with the Fairy House you are agreeing to the following:

Cancellation Policy:

£195 is taken at the time of booking which reserve the private hire of The Fairy House and includes the place of the Birthday Party,  the £195 is non refundable. Should you need to cancel or postpone your booking, we are able to reschedule it so that you do not miss out on your celebration. You will not be charged an additional cancellation fee. If you cancel at more than 1 months notice we can move you to another weekend subject to availability. If you cancel at less than 1 months notice then your booking can only be transferred to a weekday; Wednesday-Friday after school or during school holidays. 
The maximum capacity for Birthday Parties is 13 children and 14 adults (inclusive of all people attending the venue). We can not increase numbers due to health and safety regulations. The Fairy House reserves the right to turn people away or to terminate your booking without refund if safety regulations are broken. 
 

Other T's & C's

Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times and must be supervised. Fairytale Friends holds no responsibility for any allergic reactions from our props and equipment or for any illness. Food and drink is not allowed to be brought into or consumed within The Fairy House. Only items purchased in our Tea Room may be consumed here with the exception of baby food. Atmospheric lighting, which may sometimes be of a flashing nature, is used during our experiences. It is the clients responsibility to inform us via email beforehand if any of the children attending are sensitive to light. The Fairy House rooms for this experience are divided by stairs and are not pushchair or wheelchair accessible. Only the Tea Room/Shop at ground level is accessible. but does have a small raised door step. There is no waiting area at The Fairy House, only those with booked places may enter.

We're excited to be offering flexible booking! 

We understand that as the human world changes, your plans may change too, so it's important that you don't miss out on your magical fairy visit to us! Should you need to cancel a booking for any reason it will be credited for a future visit to one of our seasonal events. You will be given a special rebook code to use and can book a new visit directly through our event site when the time is right for you. 

Tickets are non refundable. Should you need to cancel or if the event is cancelled or postponed, you will have Fairy House credit and we will issue you a rebook code for a future visit to one of our seasonal events.

Please ensure your have selected the correct date and time as tickets are only valid for use on the date and time booked.

Group sizes must not exceed 6 people in total. This includes a person of any age (babies through to adults). There is no waiting area for additional people.

One invitation is posted per child per booking. Should you swap to a different seasonal event, a pdf version of the new invitation will be provided free of charge. If you would like another handmade version in the post, this can be purchased from our online fairy shop. All of our invitations have tracking, should yours become lost in the post, we will send a replacement free of charge. Should the Fairy House have to cancel a seasonal event due to unforeseen circumstances, a new handmade version will be issued free of charge for a future event.
